Choose from 16 preprogrammed workouts with adjustable intensity to suit your fitness level--there are four weight-loss workouts, four aerobic routines, four endurance tests, and four performance sessions. You can also create your own workout by entering your weight, desired workout time, and the amount of calories you'd like to burn on the console's special weight-loss center. For extra motivation, you get two iFit SD cards with eight-week weight-loss programs to keep you on track.

Care to check your progress as you work out? To see your heart rate, simply grasp the handgrip pulse sensors. Select a display mode to monitor your distance traveled, calories burned, and elapsed time right on the console.
